I'm not following the scene closely anymore so can somebody tell me who is this guy, is he they Myth that invented tanks/towers and beat moon with it in MWL or is it some new korean human?

yes he is the man who defeated Moon on LT by using mass tanks and towers a long time ago.
he also invented mass farms building around map when ROC came out in Korea.

he has been inactive for more than two years because of military duty.
