TPN, my skill cannot begin to be compared with Tod's, but human players everywhere TRIED IT. We tried EVERYTHING. Yes, it is possible, but extremely hard. I watched Insomnia invent AM paladin dragonhawks, which was reasonably successful until fiends came along, and T3 tri hero.

The problem is that with this t3 no-exp strategy, human can play flawlessly and still lose, while any minor mistake is an automatic GG. These mistakes include having 3 gyros too few, 3 gyros too many, having gyros at all, too many knights compared to gryphons, too many gryphons compared to knights, etc etc etc. Heck, you can even lose if you had a full inventory on any of your heros, which would make a staff pass DROP ON THE GROUND.

The thing is that even human has adequate scouting, he doesn't know what the dual slaughterhouses are building: aboms or statues? If he builds gyros to counter destroyers and finds mass abominations, he is screwed. Even if he has the correct build, he doesn't know when the destroyers will morph, The undead can comfortably let 3 statues sit back and replenish hp/mana, while human has to keep 8-12 gyros constantly taking up food. If human doesnt, undead immediately morphs the destroyers, and human is screwed again. Not to mention that knights are the suckiest t3 melee units and much inferior to abominations. The orb of corruption reduces the knight's armor to 0, and 1 volley from fiends would take away half their hp. There is just so many things that can go wrong for the human.

And then there is the final problem: Surviving to t3 at all. TPN, have you ever run into the human base and slaughter the peasants, see human TP, and TP yourself? Well that's what human gets for not towering. 1 slaughter would ruin the human economy, especially when wood is much in demand for a t3 strategy.
Mass destroyers...finally. The nightmare of human players since their invention. Suppose human and undead finish teching at the same time. Suppose human builds a workshop immediately after t2 and immediately go to t3. Undead masses statues from two slaughterhouses. Undead can build 4 statues during the upgrade from t2 to t3, and build a 5th statue while researching destroyer. Meanwhile, the workshop takes 60 seconds and t3 upgrade takes 140. 1 gyro takes 13 seconds to build. That means human can build 6 gyros during the upgrade from t2 to t3. After t3 he needs flak cannon. When flak cannon is finished, so is destroyer form, and undead is already near the human base. the 5th statue is not here, but how much chance does 6 gyros have against 4 destroyers? How about we add a panda? What about the 8-10 ghouls on the ground? Not to mention that undead can build the first 2 statues, see the gyros in the human base, and proceed to build aboms.
