Ok so today i was trying to update my profile after losing to 3 towerwhores in a row.
I was trying to type: 'Towerfaggots' but Bnet censored it so I tried many alternatives like 'f4gg0ts', 'fa-ggots', etc, etc. After a few times i suddenly got disconnected from bnet and now (over 6 hours later) i still cant get on to northrend while i can get on every other gateway.

My question to you guys is: Has anyone of you experienced this before and if yes, how long will this ban last?

i got that problem too, so i restartet my router and i worked again.

ive gotta agree to jerome... bnet cant ban u instantly, they just cencor it b4 u enter... its a router problem... either reboot war3 or restart ur router as our german friend recommended^^

bnet wont ban you, because of that, As people above said, it must be the router...

after losing to 3 humans in a row you dont deserve to connect to bnet

Bnet Does in fact ban you if you spam, lets say you enter /stats and they say server is busy and you keep doing it 3 or 4-5 times fast they'll timeban you for 10 or 15 minutes, the same when you watch many profiles very fast or if you write many lines and the server starts telling you that you're flooding

changing your profile too often is just like spamming ina chat channel. Bnet ip bans you for 1-3 days or so. But as already said rebooting PC or router to get a new IP should help.

Ok Little Do People Know B4 a New Patch Battle.net Issues Out Random Bans I Just Got Banned Also From Diablo2 My CD-Key Was Banned Also.
Also Found Out That You Get Tagged for Shooting Around Corners, Running Straight To Bosses, Teleporting Through Walls, Ect ....
How Can BNet Look Over 86000 Accounts a Day or More To See If There 100% Sure There Hacking?
If They See And Thing Suspicious They Go Straight To Banning.
I Hope In Diablo 3 They Leave Battle.net and Use Some Better Provider Because Honestly I Tired of Battle.net Randomly Banning Accounts/CD-Keys.
