What a great "comeback" by Lucifron.
What a great "comeback" by Lucifron.
Incredible game but i think Hasu lost this game by his faults and not by the imbalance...
axaxaxaxaxax
Looks like he's about to give birth to an Alien.
I stopped watching Ud vs Orc replays a few months ago unless im certaint the Undead won. Im also sparing myself this game since I have a feeling It'd cause my eyes to bleed.
What a joke...what a joke.
awesome game :)
hasu screwed up when he lost his dk with tp. Ud heroes will fall if there's no dk around.
Seems LucifroN is able to kick ass in SC 2 beta. Wtf? "lowcifron" or "patchorc" wins in SC II. Is there a no micro blademaster implemented?
Failplayer: "Always the same strategies - Orc
No macro - Orc
Imbalance - Orc
Item luck - Orc
Same race wins all tournaments - Orc"
Failplayer are you willing to comment on this topic? No,no I'm just kidding. No one cares about what you say.

He's a well known mass player. Anyone remembered his Wc3 ladder account? Was like 5000 games played in just a matter of months. He's probl played around 500-700 games already and learnt all the basics. Its not like you can compare skills this early in the beta

So when check or demuslim wins,he is skilled player, but when an orc does that, result is being depreciated...cut the crap already, please

Tell where in this post or in any other post that I indicate that when Demu or Check wins a SC2 tournament that its just skills? I've never claimed that. I was just stating my opinion, which would go the same for Demu or Check as well if they'd played as many games as Luci has (which I seriously doubt).

I was speaking to the SK warcraft "community" here, not specifically you,I just queted you as a example, since everyone is speaking how check, demuslim, hasuobs can finally show their skills in a balanced game and according to the opinion of most of you,LucifroN (and most of orcs) cant be good sc2 player, since hes a "patchorc".My ass...
Besides,I always thought that the number of hours of training is an indicator of someone trying to succeed at something, why it would be a bad thing?

Nobody says it's a bad thing. On the contrary, it's very positive, but they're just trying to find excuses no matter how lame. The truth is that it's too early for this win to mean anything, although I must say I was surprised by the results.
In a thread started by zechs about wow players switching to SCII, Cheebah said that 'jJust cause WoW requires very little skill doesn't mean only idiots play it''. Same goes here: just cuz orc players are playing an easy race doesn't mean they don't have the potential for smth more.

Oh, how could I overlook this topic lol :D
Schnulli going mad as usual. Of course Lucifron is a patchorc. Assume Lucifron without Orc is as good as Vortix (reasonable guess obviously), he'd still be the best wc3 player in the lineup (cant judge the SC players).
So tell me Schnulli, how does any of that change that all of Lucifron's wc3 achievements are due to his race? He'd never have been able to beat Lyn, Grubby, Happy and others with any other race. His only "win" worth mentioning is vs Sky, who was in a slump and Luci played some no skill mass wyvern rightclick strat.
After all these years of Orc imbalance, you're still too stupid to know the meaning of patchorc ( =being better and more sucessful than you would be with another race/before the patch, not that you completely lack skill).

Check has more games played than all other Sc2 "pros" together :D
And that people cheer for Hasuobs isn't because he suddenly competes in a game where he's "not held back by imbalance". Truth is, he's "only" above average in EPS.wc3, but he's motivated to play sc2 and does a lot for the community. Also he's competing with the best European Sc2 players.
But it's just too early to say anything about who has more skill in this game.
Though I had to lol about people calling Lucifron a "Patch-Terran", winning a tournament right after they got massively buffed :D
