When you join during a season you are barred for 2 playdays I think.

Could be different since it's a playoff system, and a brand new one come to that. The normal rule is generally for regular season play but it could be extended or it could be changed for playoffs. Also, with SK getting DQ'd, i wonder if his matches count. If they don't, it could be no problem at all.

As you can read the statements, Lyn will be rather focusing on single tournaments.

I guess, we won't see Lyn in WC3L too often.

All WMF players, or rather all real progamers focus on 1on1 tournaments. They still play wc3l, for the lulz, for fame, for representation or whatever.

Lyn is going to train hardcore with moon and soccer, whether he plays wc3l or not we will see his influence.

And vice versa... Really eager to see if Lyn joining WMF can change the meta game and the tourney result, at least a little :)

Agreed.Although I didnt followed the game back in 2004,Im excited to see Lyn and Moon playing in the same team especially Im looking forward to see them in 2vs2.Imo now WMF should be THE best team in the world of Warcraft 3.

still the status of the best 2v2 team is open, it doesnt matter if lyn and moon will play together... what 2v2 teams we got better? dunno how it is with grubby happy and shy focus

We still got lucifron/remind, ted/like, th000/hasuobs, sky/infi and the people you named, so it wont be easy for them.
I still hope that they will play like soccer/moon(hit'n'run with mass expos) if they are going to play 2v2 together.

Moon/Soccer are doing quite good...As far as I know,they are on a pretty long winning streak.They haven't lost more than 1 game per claw war,but in most of the cases they won 2-0.

This is a great addition,not because this team is now probably the strongest along with WE(cuz lets face it:the days of team leagues are long gone),but simply because moon and soccer finally have a great orc practising partner,like ppl above me have been saying.Hopefully,moon can learn not to send his DH rambo style into the orc army all the time :D
