WCG - THE match of the groupstage!

In group F battling to see who will be first or second are none other then Chuk and Reaper!
This will be an epic match for sure as Reaper recently defeated RT-4.Life[RUS] in a thrilling 3v3 rt match on Bnet. Or will Chuk be victorious here because he's a decendant of the one and only Chuck Norris? So who will advance out of this group with the first seed? Chuk or Reaper?! It cant be this ToD guy can it?
Meanwhile in group E we will have to see one of the lesser prominent players in the human trio of Yaws, Majestic and Sky not make it past the groupstage. Good riddance id say.

Wow what i meant to say was that its retarded that we will see either ' Chuk ' or ' Reaper ' advance out of the groupstage where id rather wouldve seen yaws/bly/majestic/sky/terror whoever didnt advance out of their harder groups. Its just retarded.

WCG stopped to make sense after 2007.Way too many random players and no real action until 1/4 finals

It's high time they made regional finals - national winners compete in region qualis - Europe/Asia/etc, and of course, give quotas accordingly the skill level.It's captain obvious that Asia should get the most quotas, then Europe and rest doesn't matter.

So basically another invite tournament with 6 slots for China, 5 for Korea, 3 for Europe and 2 for the rest of the world. That would be a nice WCG (not)

The group stage is always funny. Remember Raspot, Zeus vs Lyn, Creo's 2nd palce in group stage etc.
It's only this year that the groups were mixed a little unlucky with all Humans in one group and so many patchorcs.

You dont get the idea.Regional finals means the winners from the national ones compete against the other national winners from their geographical region (I hate when I have to explain it like that).The thing is that it's stupid some ladder newbs to go to WCG and pros to miss it (winning WCG Korea is way taugher than winning WCG actually)

I know what you mean, but in the end it would still be Grubby Lucifron Happy vs Sky Infi Fly ted th000 vs Moon Lyn Remind Who Check like any other invite tournament. Nothing surprising there.
WCG IS about the underdogs and they beat the pros often enough. Without myst vs Tod we wouldn't have had Creo win vs Sky.
