Always have been, and until it dies best wc3 country will be Korea, second place on the other hand have shifted many times from Russia, Sweden to China atm.

Well i think your underrating china a bit.
They still have the best human players and probably the best undead (TeD) atm

korea has tons of good ne players while i would say orc is split between several other countries
