Orc is imbalances yes, if an orcp layer plays close to perfect, elf has no chance whatsoever, and neither to undeads, probably not humans either.

No bolt, No Coil nova, No Slow,No control spell, no nuke.
The better the orcs micro the harder it will get to kill even ONE of those high-HP spririt linked Units cause there is nothing that can stop a low hp unit from running.
Cyclone isn`t really great for that purpose.
That`s my main problem when facing Orc. Keeper second can help, but then you lack blocking units, need to controll a hero that`s down with 2 criticals and entangle can still be disspelled.
In b4 TLDR That`s 6 lines sk
