MaDFroG won BWI back in January, 2004 while FoV won ESWC in June in the same year so I would say MaDFroG.

well, if reading madfrogs bio, he took undead throne from fov, so its fov. Fov had a lot more 1st places in 2004, than madfrog, still madfrog is famous cause of his gameplay, his games were most exciting of whole war3 scene :D

The first UD champion was Sweet. He won KBK Jeju in 2003, MaDFroG finished third in that event.

ESWC 2003 MaDFroG finished 2nd , if we can assume this as the first World championship
Otherwise, FoV won ESWC 2004

Sweet was the first player to reach lvl 50 afaik, and was regarded as the first truly great undead player. FoV wasn't really known internationally as early as Sweet was, not until he started playing and dominating some WC3Ms some time before eswc2004. (If I remember correctly, some years ago now.. ^^)

Either Sweet or MaDFroG.. FoV was more prominent in 2004
