Looks like they divide the players into pro & amateur groups again ,I dont see how Hyo or Ryuk are pro though
i dont see how shy and soccer are amateur either.
It's not about player's skill. In order to gain a progamer license,you have to win (or progress far) one major KeSPA league (Last KeSPA league was in 2006 iirc). Thats why Shy,Soccer didnt have the license while the seemingly weaker players like WinNers did.
