Easiest to hardest race to master?
Order from Easy --> Hard
Orc --> NE --> UD --> HU
Orc --> NE --> UD --> HU
where did you get that hum players always have apm above 350?

just play random and you'll see human are the hardest to master..
thurisaz and leon got high apm with human.. but apm and pro level dont say much about races easy to learn anyway.
Imo elf ist the easiest.. some guys have problems on t1, but if I just look formyself with Elf I can often beat people which are usually better then me. With the other races I can't.

Im not hu player, but i can play in ladder as good as ud, and im ud, its easy to do towerrushes and mass towers.
Orc, well they have mass hp units, and its easy to micro em
Elf, they have lots of low hp units, and u have to micro a lot harder than all other races
UD, can be easily taken in t1 if they dont go ghouls, and in t2 u can be easily pushed by orc or elf( if u dont go ghouls )

Definitely agree that human is hardest to master, but when you have mastered it they are such a strong race. Orc is kind of the opposite - ignoring the BM for a sec. You only have 2 or 3 viable strategies, so it is easy to master, but if you don't execute them 100% correctly, you're probably going to lose.

Now that I thought about it for a while going back and forth,

Orc >> Undead>nightelf>human
Orc is extremely easy to master , basicly you have to make sure your Bm doesn't die and keep other units semi focused on, just ensnare some and push heal on SH.
Undead I think its fairly easy to learn how to coil and control ranged units and what to build (also the base with slow towers helps for noobies getting pwned in base and at early game)
Nightelf have many low hp units, even tho its not that hard to learn how to use bears/dryads staff that almost works against everything I think overall it is a bit harder then undead, and human I think is about same as nightelf, learn towers and fastepx notthat hard, but I think its just a bit harder then nightelf to master even if its not that big of a difference.

Human is the easiest to master (B+T) and win, hardest nightelf.
thedream maybe one certain tactic on certain maps like MV is easy to master as human, but ofcourse we are counting overall on all maps and race as a whole.

As most of you said, its human.Simply, if u want to win, you have to be able to execute many different strategies vs diff races on diff maps.Humans dont have a cookie-cutter strat that works vs every race on every map (like Elf - dryads/bears ud - fiends/destros or orc - raiders/walkers/winds/)
Overall Human is a really strong race, but mastering it takes a lot of time and if u dont have the motivation to do that, you are very likely to switch it

well im a orc player and i think what makes orc powerfull its the player timing...because orc really need to be ingame, if the player loses the time of the game he'll lose the game for sure. It is obvius that all races need timing, but orc is a race of a little number of strategies so a good orc need to be mastered on counter the opponent army.
rofl not that hard to time with orc with bm running around invisible fast as a jetplane and can steal creeps exp items + the fastest army ingame and speedscroll, all other have slower armies, and if your enemy doesnt creep you win because you level your SH.
No the skill required for your so called timing is still by far the lowest skill needed for any race to win a game.
I actually now made an orc only acc we'll see how much better % it gets from when I make an human only acc, but on my previous account where I played some random etc when I lost to orc I got mad, played an orc match and guess what, I got 6-0 as orc now, 100% win yeaah so hard........

IMO all the races are pretty equally hard to master except maybe orcs are a bit easier

I made an orc only acc human only acc ud only acc and elf only acc, for me hardest games were with ud and elf, easiest with orc and hum. With hum so easy vs low skill undeads and orcs :D till 5-0 6-0. towers pwn everything. With orc fs strats are easier than bm strats btw :D

It is true that Elf is the hardest race to master, which is why I often laugh to Th000 who changes to elf when he is against another human, he seems so clueless. I think top humans should just train harder, I think they can win versus players of high caliber such as LiiLD.C, they just need to train really much!

Look I play random, and I play whatever race I feel like, if I play only orc I get bored after 5 games doing the same shit allover, I dont play that much but I play enough and watch enough replays to know orc is imbalanced. When I do play orc I often play funny heroes etc because it amuses me to win over someone with something they never expected.
So all of a sudden this is about which one of us is best at wc3? sure I can probably train orc same tactic for 1 week and beat you when you play another race np, but why the hell would I? would that prove the imbalance? I think not, only which one of us is better unless we are very even then orc win ofcourse.
