Next to the spawnpoints there are green creeps, three ice troll trappers... The ones on the upper side have 400hp each and the one on the bottom side have only 300!

It is like you say. There was already a thread about it some days after the patch. The map is not totally balanced creep wise. I hope this doesn't harm your pro gaming career.
there are also different trolls at the mercenary camps
It's 100% balanced because you tou have 50% chance to spawn on bottom.
If u will look that troll problem u will seee that the 400 hp one give more exp thatn a 300hp one.
So the 300 hp troll creep give less exp.

pretty bad choice considering this map is in esl map pool. You rather get used to it.
