That's also what i noticed lately too. Something I don't understand is why they spent money to buy it if they don't even take tome when creeps drop it...

Only reason I can think of is that all your stats go +2 ,with a high dps hero like BM that is a nice extra. So 4 circlets = +8 all stats. He does more damage and moves even faster, add the boots and he may outrun superman

That thing works very effectively against HU on EI. When they tower rush you have more attack speed (more criticals), more speed and much more damage than you should. When human comes to Tower Rush he is much more likely to loose AM even before towers are made. It is also very effective against casters which u start killing with 3/4 hits, same for talons and hero/sw/raider focus against orc. The main thing with that ciclet trend is to improve criticals, their damage and their rate goes up decently with +8 all stats. Gloves of haste can be very handy too.

I remember getting circlet was "the right thing to do" in the old days on Two Rivers when you could access shop if you stood in the right place.
