Basically you have to find a sweet spot with what hardware you have
A constant 125fps is all you need really but here are a few tips,
Turn your decals off theres no need for random junk on the floor to lower ur fps r_drawdcals 0
Dont know how true this is but in your graphics options add duel cards as yes
Change your resolution to 800X600

It's sounds pretty strange that dual videocards-setting would inprove his fps. My fps is worse with that setting enabled. Why is 125 fps so important? You can't see more than 75 fps if you got 75 Hz, right?

Possibly, however i feel having a constant 125 fps or even constant 250fps makes the game so much more smoother and easier to move around than having it at below 100fps

i have 800 fps on cod4 =D with my ATI radeon X2 HD 4870 2 go

soyeur that is basically impossible, more than 333 fps isnt available on our servers due to you can basically jump further and do some insane things which is restricted. Don't know much about foreign CoD4 servers and their restrictions.

yeah, i agree with quest about 800 fps .. it's a lil' far out O_o thanx, fellaz .. i'll try my best :) recently i had broken my cpu cooler, so i had some problems with using the pc .. it just powered off a few minutes after playing something like cod4 cs or gow .. fckn mess :// but now i have a new ZALMAN cooler, badass .. i even feel how chilly it is :DDDDD joke !

another question 2 all .. is it possible 2 do bunnyhop or doubleduck in cod ? :))))

yeah, helped .. now i'm playin @ about approx 90-100 fps constant :) it's a lot better than it wat before :)
