Add Scotland pleaseColdAsIce

On the old site I was able to select Scotland as location with a nice Scottish flag. On the new site you can only select UK which sucks!

Please add Scotland again thank you bds

The USA as far as I know is a federation, much like the European union. Calling him a mong when he is technically asking for the same thing is defiantly smart!

On a more serious note, Scotland is a beautiful country. Edinburgh is certainly one the prettiest cities in that part of the world. But since when are we determining the rights of nations based on their involved in the World Cup? Hehe.
