It's pretty simple - you want to hold it where you will have spectators coming in. We all saw the empty WCG halls in Seattle last year. Out of the two - France. But I could also see it take place in Russia, Germany, Sweden or Poland.

France...i don't know why they do it in the USA, apart from the American team itself everyone lives so far apart from it. I understand its because maybe the USA has more money to advertise it/make a big show out of it but it's killing the gaming competition itself. I don't mind where they put it as long as it's somewhere in central Europe. Paris had it's charm (Bercy was awesome!)
