What do you think about international teams like SK 2004, current MYM roster or hal ukrainish squad of Virtus.Pro. How can be solved the communication issue in such squads, should the players talk only one language (english for example) or actually concentrate on their individual skill putting fluency of information on a second place?

If a team cannot find the skill and abilities they are looking for in a player from their own country, I don't see why they wouldn't search one across the borders.
As long as the foreign player has a decent ping and the team can overcome communication problems (almost everyone speaks English nowadays) , I don't see why it would cause any harm.

Ukrainians in virtus.pro speak perfect russian, many from this country are pretty much russians :P

well i said "almost" for a reason :p

Finding the right mix of players if the key. Players that bond well in and out of the game, and who can also speak a common language moderately well are hard to find, especially in an international squad.

But just look at the old NoA line-up of 2004-2005. Three Norwegians, an American and a Canadian. Who would've thought a team from all sides of the globe would come together like they did and perform that well!

i don't think teams work if there is a language barrier, if there is no communication or lack of with one or two players it will be very difficult for the team to progress, but then relying on individual skill and forgetting about working as a team will not work out to great either.
