Well, the first issue i can spot here is that EVERYTHING you've written here is so fucking bad, stop listen to hippies on internet whose knowledge is based on fucking rat studies.
[QUOTE]low fat, low carb and high protein
Can you tell me why would you eat low fat? You think, just because fat is fat it will storage the fat as fat instantly? You will lose fat in one way, not by manipulate the macros (macro ingredients) and that is being on a calorie deficit. That means, you should eat less calories than you're eating, if you need 2500 calories for weight maintenance you need to eat 500 less, doing this you will loose 0.5kg/week. Lowering fat to much will make your testosterone/hormones in your body out of balance, which is nothing you would like too. Carbs have three purposes worth knowing about, when you work out, the carbs will be broken down glucose and then being used as fuel First, secondly, they can be stored as glycogen in your muscles and liver. thirdly, stored as fat. Carbs will never be stored as fat in a calorie deficit. Eating allot of protein is the only thing you've done correctly. There's something called TEF, Thermic Effect. This does mean it takes energy to absorb and use energy, protein has a really HIGH TEF, that's why people can get pretty warm on a high-protein-diet.
[quote] i'm eathing every third hour
Eating every third hour is for hippies, meal frequency is irrelevant, as long as your calorie intake is the same it doesn't matter if you eat every third hour or every 10th hour. Your amino acids will be in the system a long time, so there's no need to eat every third our to prevent the catabolic state (using muscles as energy).
[quote]i also train high repetions on the gym, so i get those detailed muscles.
Stop this bullshit, seriously. Your muscles can do only two things, getting bigger, and smaller, you cant change the size just by changing the amount of repetitions. On a diet, a person should use low repetitions, why? Then you're on a diet it's common to have low glycogen in your muscles, glycogen isn't a crucial need in low reps.
This was a long post, but it should have cleared somethings out.
Apparently my quote system got fucked up, but you should still be able to understand.
