UAE is our sea neighbour, so i know news about it much more than you. because of financial meltdown they have almost 150b$ debt. no one buy anything in dubai and its destroying them. its also been written in The New York Times this week. but lets talk about lighter side! its very amazing and i agree with all of you.

Without a doubt Dubai has grown explosively in the past couple of years. However its been said and written over and over again in the last 7 months, Dubai isnt there to stay. Already plans for constuction are at hold, for major projects that is. The lvl of contruction in the city has dropped dramatically, and a lot of the world richest ppl have sold their properties in Dubai due to the financial situation the world is in today. Its just not the right time to invest anymore, and for sure Dubai is going to feel it hard.

Yea dude I agree with you Totally !!! , its true that investments are on hold even though I live here I feel it's a great country but yeah with the crisis it's not the place to live :(

yea there is this hotel called Burj Al Arab , but its VEEERYYY expensive , :PP , but its nice to take a look around inside , very GG restaurants hehe XD

i love dubai and emirates people as well :)
