Hello i've got a problem with uploading videos, i tried yesterday to upload a video and it got stuck on "Terms of Use". I refreshed it acouple of times and eventually i noticed i had "2 Videos" but when i click on it it's empty and it's not letting me upload anymore videos. The "Upload Video" green button at the bottom off my page has gone!

Any help would be really appropriated!

Who do i talk to, to inform them about this?
