some states in usa marijuana is decriminalized. everything else is illegal.

in our country no1 rly pays attention to the law every1 is corrupted so you can get away with everything

Legalizing light drugs, and regulating it, would also remove the black market (thus decreasing the criminal rate), plus giving us better quality. Where is the negative aspect?

Did you know why cannabis got illegal? Apparently in the -30's, white people said it made "black people think they are as good as white people". Where is the logic?

By law it's forbidden, but it is tolerated ('gedoogd') so people are allowed to have 5 grams with them. I haven't tried it ever though.

in the state of massachusetts you are allowed to have up to 1 ounce (28 grams) of marijuana on u if u are aged 18 or older. if you are caught u are given a $100 civil fine that u mail in. no criminal charges will be pressed so u will not have to appear in court. if u are caught under the age of 18 u must complete a drug awareness program and will also get a civil fine. growing and selling marijuana is still illegal, as well as other drugs that i would consider to be soft such as shrooms and LSD. in my opinion, every drug should be legalized because i dont see how the government has the authority to decide what an individual can or cannot put into their own body. if heroin was legalized i still wouldnt be shooting up just because it was legal. i know it is a terrible, addictive drug and could potentially ruin my life. but who am i, or the government to say that someone cannot inject heroin into their own body if they want to? im not an expert on the constitution, but the drug laws seem to be a violation of the 1st amendment in the usa. if someone wants to express themselves by snorting a 8 ball of coke they would be breaking the law even tho the 1st amendment is supposed to protect freedom of expression.

Illegal here, but light drugs aren't really a big concern to the police. If you're caught smoking you'll get told off and stuff, but unless you're selling then not much will happen.

Explain what a drug is then. Alcohol, tobacco and even caffeine are drugs, why shouldn't weed be?

cigarettes is an empty thing. That have NO REASON to use it. Make no senses, no fun, MAKE NOTHING. You smoke every day. And u get used from them, and u will die in sufferings, if u won't stop.

the weed make some effect to your senses, to your mind, stupid to deny it. Most people getting older than teens, quit that shit, cause it's was teens' fun :) And you wont get used from WEED, it free from that. Ofc, if u have the brain, you wont go deeper with some HARD drugs.

With the correct using the WEED dont make you get used from it, and you quit this HIGH SENSES successfully :)
