New Years Resolutions?
Dunno if a thread has been made about this already, i did have a little look and couldnt find one. Anyway what's your NYR?

1) quit smoking for 7 months
2) Less drinking
3) Go down the gym and pump iron

Quit smoking forever (Easier said then done).
Cut back dramatically on drinking.
Try and eat healthier, become a lot more active.
Work less.

I thought about giving up smoking as a new years resolution but didn't really make it one. I tried not smoking for one day and that lasted for five hours. I'm quite proud of myself.
believe me, you just need to stop smoking for few days and then it just gone. I tried and I succeeded :D
