2/ wich metro lines should i take to go from laval university to 221 Avenue Labrosse,

There are no metros in Quebec city. You would have to take the bus. It would actually be much easier to go to Laval University from the airport using a taxi.
Pointe-Claire is 3 hours away from Quebec City.. Its pretty far away. You might want to go to Montreal's airport instead :o

There is a big subway network in Montreal. If you need to go to Pointe-Claire I would suggess you to use Montreal Trudeau's airport and take a bus downtown to get there.
