btw they were some minor changes, i. e. editing complete parts of the engine

#16, I think so. After I installed the patch it still asked my for the CD. But for me, I don't know if this happens to all, but the Play CD changed from CD3, to the traditional CD1. Also, you can't play any CPL demo's if you install the patch, so before installing you might wanna think about that first.
