After hosting the first Afreeca Warcraft3 League (AWL) season successfully, the second season is ready to kick off on December 18th. Apart from the best four players in the first season who qualified for the second season automatically, a qualifier which contained 24 players decided the last twelve spots in the second season. Lyn, ReMinD and ReiGn finished their group stage as first place in the qualifier and joined Soju in season 2.

Sixteen players are drawn into four groups and the first two in each group will qualify for the next single elimination stage. One game will decide the winner in group stage while quarter finals will use best of three system. Semi finals, third place decider and final will be best of five. Afreeca will provide live stream throughout the whole season, but the stream requires payment and we have not yet figured out how to make it work. Nevertheless I will upload as many latest VoDs as possible.
