In the first IndiWEB Painkiller Challenge tournament, we saw worre beat his Swedish countrymate Aim in the final and win some computer accessories. Now it's time for the second tourney.
There are also some changes in the format they will be using. As previously posted, IndiWEB PK Challenge was supposed to be a series of ten online tournaments and a final, but now the amount has been changed to 6 tournaments (which means five to go), with each of them having a maximum of 256 players. This also means better prizes for the top 4: the winner gets 100€ cold hard cash and the 2nd to 4th finishers will get hardware prizes yet to be announced.
You can sign up for the tournament until the 15th of May. The tournament itself will begin on the 17th of May. The map pool is the ordinary: DM_Sacred, DM_Psycho and DM_Absinthe. UPDATE: DM_Meatless, which saw its big tournament debut in Spain, will also be used in the map pool. So the final pool is Sacred, Psycho, Absinthe & Meatless.
Like previously, Team Sportscast Network will also be covering this event, so stay tuned for some top notch Painkiller action!

With the event starting on the 17th of May it will be impossible for me to play with a huge hangover (my last school exam is on 16th of May). ^^
Another good news is that TsN will cover it, I simply love their shoutcasts. Good luck to all participants :D
..
the last cup was already a big success, with GIGA showing the final on their show.
I can't wait for the next cup...
Yeah, the last cup was quite a success indeed. This is exactly what is needed from an online tourney, reminds me of UT2004 InCup or WC3 Go4wc3 :)
