Unfortunately TEC, who qualified via the online qualifier, aren't able to participate due lack of money (sponsors).
This means that D!E, who finished after TEC in the online qualifier, will be taking their place. This should definitly raise the level of competition, as they finished 5th at CPL Summer earlier this summer.
