ESC Gaming have been invited to replace Virtus.pro at the 13's ESEA Finals. After the Russian team Virtus.pro were unable to secure Visas for all of their players, the Polish team ESC Gaming have been invited. With VirtusPRO out of the playoffs, n!faculty has been promoted to the third seed and will face Curse Gaming in the first round. To fill the gap, ESC-ICY BOX from Poland has been invited to the LAN playoffs. With a 9-7 record, ESC is next in line for the playoff spot.
If ESC accepts the invite, the Polish team will take on Quantic Gaming in the first round of the LAN playoffs. Should ESC Gaming they decline their invite or be unable to attend the spot will be handed to Scandinavian top players of fnatic, who also finished just short of the play-offs after an up and down regular season.
