Team manager Kevin "kevz" Mikkelsen had the following statement for Western Wolves website:
"We are very pleased that we now are able to announce our home for the future, Western Wolves - after our split-up with our old organisation it's been important for us to find an organisation with the same ambitions and dedication.
We will do our very best to present Western Wolves in the best possible way and hopefully that includes bringing in some good results. Our first event under Wester Wolves will be Copenhagen Games, so I hope to see a lot of you there!
On behalf of the team I want to thank Western Wolves and their sponsors Mad Catz, Tritton, Sapphire and AMD for giving us this opportunity."
