But in some situations or creativity issues u need some special permissions on what u have created. The creation is yours and u have some copyrights on what u have created but Liatis and Denis had asked for permission from Montréal's City Council to recreate the subway station of Berri-UQAM in Valve's FPS game, but their request was met with a firm rejection. The big problem was that have decided to move ahead and they created the map and the STM, Montréal's public transit commission, is looking to begin legal action against them.
The map was designed to be used in a local CS:GO tournament that will be held in early March in Montréal.
We have the statement from Denis about this situation

We have the statement from Denis about this situation
"We did not create something that is behind STM's closed walls. If terrorists want to know what an STM subway station looks like, all they have to do is take the subway."
