ImageThe North American organisation surprisingly picked up one former star player of SlayerS. The Zerg player is going to participate in a lot of foreign events and hopes for a new start with good results.

Nobody really saw it coming but ROOT Gaming announced the next big deal for their organisation. As KR Seung-Il 'YuGiOh' Jeong joins, the roster is going to be even better, as YugiOh has a lot of GSL Code A and Code S experience. He was a valuable player for his former team SlayerS and ROOT Gaming can only be happy to sign such a skilled player.

When SlayerS disbanded in early November 2012, YugiOh has been teamless up to now as his new team signs him. Apparently YugiOh wanted to be able to participate in foreign tournaments and ROOT Gaming is supposed to give him the opportunities to go there. In a short interview YugiOh also said that he is going to change his nickname to get a kind of new start. However, he has not yet decided what nickname it is going to be, so this remains to be announced.

Statement by PE Paulo 'CatZ' Vizcarra (excerpt)
"I have been keeping an eye on YugiOh for a little while now. I am not big on watching streams but his is truly enjoyable, Jung has a really unique personality and most importantly, he is ridiculously good."
