Picks
As soon as the creeps spawned we saw Cpt Jack get the blue buff and go mid with Lustboy. Alex Ich and Edward followed them there, while Ambition and Genja were dueling in the bot lane. Helios managed to steal GG’s red buff and soon after he pulled off a successful gank bot which allowed Ambition to pick up first blood on Genja. Blaze started to put pressure on all lanes and it soon gave them the desired results. They took the mid turret and the first dragon, picked up a few more kills as well, and it seemed like GG had no answer for that.
The first team fight happened around the 25 minute mark in front of the dragon pit. Blaze were far ahead at that point and got an easy 4 for 1. Soon after they respawned, GG tried to go for a desperation baron, but got completely caught out and aced by the Korean team with Ambition being denied the penta kill by Flame. That allowed Blaze to take the baron themselves and go for a final push against the Russians’ base. After another ace on GG, there was nothing left for the Korean powerhouse to do but destroy the nexus and declare their first victory on European ground.
