The organization has announced via its website that Andreas 'Xyp9x' Hojsleth and Magnus 'JOKERN' Barthel were added to the Counter-strike: Global Offensive squadron.

Following the loss of

Finn 'karrigan' Andersen and

Andreas 'moddii' Fridh in the past weeks, Fnatic has just announced on its website that they found the two replacements that are now officially part of the lineup. Firstly, they signed

Magnus 'JOKERN' Barthel who lately has been playing for the team as stand-in. As fifth member, they picked the young talent

Andreas 'Xyp9x' Højsleth who previously was part of CPLAY's ranks.

fnatic are now:

Michael "Friis" Jørgensen

Martin "trace" Heldt

Dennis "Rytter" Rytter

Magnus "JOKERN" Barthel

Andreas "Xyp9x" Hojsleth

Magnus 'JOKERN' Bartel statement:

"This is a dream coming true for me, I'm really excited to play with those guys and, I know 2013 is our year. I have always been a huge fan of Fnatic and I can't wait to play under the Fnatic tag. Im looking forward to play with two of the biggest 1.6 stars in Denmark, Friis and Trace. They have won alot of big tourneys in the last 2-3 years, but now we are playing CS:GO, and we all know its harder to start a new game, so it is very important for me to play with 4 good friends so i can get motivated every single day ;-)"

Andreas 'Xyp9x' Hojsleth also released a statement on the move:

"It's cool to be a part of Fnatic, one of the biggest organisations, if not the biggest. The guys at Cplay are some fantastic guys and I wish them the best of luck. I hope Magnus and I can help the Fnatic team to succeed to where Fnatic has always been and I just want to thank Fnatic for giving me the opportunity to play with them."

Fnatic's first competitive presentation featuring the two additions will be today when they will start the battle on the Gaming.dk League.
