ImageFamous Korean Zerg player and former WC3 legend, Moon has now been removed from fnatic's StarCraft II roster due to results below expectations.

"The Fifth race", as some might remember him from the WarCraft III days, has now officially left fnatic. The decision behind this move seems to be unsatisfying results, reads the news posted over at

KR Jae Ho 'Moon' Jang has been a member of fnatic' SC2 squad since January 17, 2012, however his results over the past year did not seem to impress the organisation. Both parties decided to go separate ways, starting from today.

IN Elroy "Noname" Pinto, fnatic General Manager, had to say the following:

"Unfortuantely things were not working out with Moon, his results were not up to par and on Fnatic we felt it was time to let go of him. We are grateful for the time he invested into Fnatic and wish him the best in the future."

Moon participated in several SC2 tournaments during 2012, however he did not obtain notable results, except two second place finishes at the Gaming Festival and DreamHack Summer 2012.

Stay tuned as we will keep you updated regarding Moon's next destination in the StarCraft II scene.
