waver joins Western Wolves

ImageThe Swedish team Western Wolves announced that they have added former gosu member Anton "waver" Wiberg to their Counter-Strike: Global Offensive roster.

SE Anton 'waver' Wiberg is a former gosu player, he was seen playing for them at DreamHack Winter in group B. They have finished group B at the bottom with only one point, a draw against American team Curse.

He will fill the shoes of SE Simon 'downie' Storm, who has stepped down as player due to his lack of time for training activities.

SE Erik 'zende' Sundeqvist had the following statement for

"downie is a talented play and a nice guy, but he just did not have the time to practice as much as we wanted. waver was the best choice, he is one of the best players in Sweden and he had left gosu. He was the perfect choice."

First test for the new Western Wolves line-up will be at the upcoming LAN tournament THOR Open, which will take place on 8-9 December, in the Sweden capital, Stockholm.
