StarLadderTV team has officially announced the start of their 4th season with a prizepool of 15.000$ with 16 teams included.
StarLadderTV team announced the start of their 4th season. The first 3 seasons of the Star Series successfully ended up with a lot of mind blowing games. This season the teams will provide us much more interesting games, since the rosters were changed in lot of the teams.
This season's games will be fully covered by
Vitalii "v1lat" Volochai ,
Vladislav "mtrx4u" Suzdal and
Toby "TobiWanKenobi" Dawson for the English viewers.
Schedule:
Online part: November 13, 2012 - December 11, 2012
Lan-Finals part: December 20 - 23, 2012
Tournament Format:
Online part: The tournament will once again be played in a round-robin format. Each team will compete with all the other contenders until the top 4 are made.
Lan-Finals part: Final will be held in Kiev. The final stage of the season will be played in a best-of-3 double elimination system and best-of-5 Grand Final.
That being said, this season only the top 4 teams will get the chance to compete for the grand prize in
Kiev, Ukraine.
Prize Distribution:
1st place – $8000
2nd place – $4000
3rd place – $2000
4th place – $1000
