The last five weeks offered five cups for the best players in Germany to compete with each other and earn a spot for the playoffs. Some routiniers managed to qualify, GoOdy left the current EPS season and a few players, who are not that well known, managed to quality for the playoffs.

DE Dennis 'HasuObs' Schneider scored the first place in the EPS ranking, followed by the Protoss player DE Giacomo 'Socke' Thüs, who is still the most successful EPS player yet. Last season's champion DE Fabian 'Hanfy' Kattner is on the third place of the ranking.

Two players, who have also been around for quite a while and are not German, were able to qualify for the playoffs as well. IT Carlo 'ClouD' Giannacco and AT Philipp 'monchi' Simon collected enough points to have slots in the playoffs.
