Bruce 'SK Spank' Grannec is ESWC 2012 CHAMPION !!!

ImageSK Gaming's FIFA star Bruce Grannec is in Paris this week to compete in the 2012 edition of the ESWC. Follow and cheer for him in this live coverage!

The ESWC is a kind of European Championship in the e-Sports world. This weekend, the event takes place once again in Paris at the Paris Games Week. Amongst the FIFA participants, you can find SK Gaming representative FR Bruce 'Spank' Grannec. The Frenchman was invited to be a part of the Opening ceremony of ESWC and was furthermore invited to do a live interview with a French radio channel.

The group stage sees FR Bruce 'Spank' Grannec and RO Ovvy in the same group. This match will be very interesting, as Ovvy managed to win over Spank during gamescom in the Samsung European Encounter. However, this match was played in FIFA 12 and this time it will be FIFA 13.

Bruce has lost his first game against Ovvy with the score being 2-0 for the Romanian player.

After that Bruce has won his 2 games with the scores being 3-0 for Bruce 'Spank' Grannec against lOvesx and 4-0 against the Malaysian player Warrior.

Bruce has finished his group at the FIRST place after finishing 0-0 with the german player MalteTC0

Bruce has won his 1/4 final match against the FIWC champion Alfonso Ramos with the score being 3-1. The 1/2 final is tomorrow against Juliiianoooo

UPDATE 12.26 CET

Bruce has won his semi-final against Juliiianoooo with the score being 2-0. And now he is heading for the title.

UPDATE 14.43 CET

Bruce 'Spank' Grannec has won the ESWC Final against Ovvy on penalties. Ovvy took the lead at the 117th minute, but Bruce has changed his formation and managed to score in the 120th minute. And then it was the penalty shoot-out that decided who will be crowned as the champion. The SK-player remained coldblooded and won the game.
