CPLAY have announced that they have picked up Ildal Lions as their Counter-Strike: Global Offensive squad.

After yesterday the team have announced two new players in their line-up, today German based organisation COREPLAY have picked up the Danish team. With the acquisition of Ildal Lions, CPLAY now expand to two CS:GO teams.

The Danish team currently playing in Danish CS:GO league hosted by Gaming.dk and also will participate in the main round for ESL Major Series. The team consists of four CS:Source formers and

Andreas 'Xyp9x' Højsleth coming from Counter-Strike 1.6 scene.

Statement of CPLAY Head of Marketing

Marvin "Manni" Schweflinghaus:

"The Danish team formerly known as PRiME MATES signed with CPLAY and is from now on presenting us on both offline and online tournaments. Were are very happy to have found such a promising team in such a short time and we quickly came to an agreement satisfying both sides. The team already qualified for the EMS, one of Europes most important gaming leagues, and showed some great results on the international parquet. At the moment we prepare the first offline event with the team and are looking forward to face the other participants in important online events like the EMS, the Go4CS:GO series or the 4PL tournaments."
