logiX out of ESL Pro Series Germany 2012
The organizers of the Electronic Sports League announced that the German team logiX have been caught cheating and disqualified from the German ESL Pro Series Winter Season.

The organizers of the Electronic Sports League announced that the German team logiX have been caught cheating and disqualified from the German ESL Pro Series Winter Season.The organizers of ESL revealed logiX's secret right on time before they can manage to get to the play-offs. The team advanced to get to the fifth position of the group with 9 points of six matches.
The Electronic Sports League decided to disqualify the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive team logiX from the tournament because Andre "Andrue" Dangel and Oliver Maximilian "kzyJ" Heck cheated during the ESL qualifications.
Evidence has been provided by the administrators and the rules of the ESL Pro Series state that a team will be disqualified if one or more players of the team are caught cheating AND have actively participated in a match.
Dangel and Heck manipulated the server so they can get $16,000 from the beginning of a round whenever they wanted. The ESL Administrators will remove logiX's results and they will be banned for two years from all ESL tournaments.
Dangel and Heck lied and betrayed the clan and for that they will be kicked from the logiX organisation.

"We received an e-mail this afternoon at 16:14 CET from the ESL, telling us, that our CS:GO team got disqualified. The reason for that was that kzyJ and Andrue cheated. As we got the message we tried to contact the players themselves and the ESL as well. The ESL told us about the situation and gave us some important details.
At the same we were talking to our players who said that they didn't do what the ESL said. As the ESL did not show us any evidence we thought the ESL was wrong and therefore we thought our players were right. In the evening there was some proof found, that approved that our players were guilty, we didn't know what to say.
Because of that incident we got no choice and have to kick the players immediately. They did not just cheat but also betrayed the clan, the management and the trust we put in them. We won't accept lying and are very disappointed that it ended this way."
