Since the rumors were taking place within the Dota 2 community about a potential international LGD roster, Sivatheeban '1437' Sivanathapillai confirmed them to be true via Twitter. The rumors began circulating when Rasmus 'MiSeRy' Berth Filipsen and Pers Anders 'Pajkatt' Olsson Lille changed their tags for their Dota 2 team profiles. They also played with these tags in the public matchmaking.

After this announcement, we will be seeing two teams under the tag of LGD, including LGD-Gaming cn and LGD-Gaming Int. The news has yet to be officially confirmed from the LGD staff as of yet, so stay tuned for more updates about it. The current roster of LGD.int predominantly features players from Counter Logic Gaming and Quantic Gaming and as such, there will most likely be major roster adjustments from both parties in the near future..
