A total amount of 26 teams participate in tonight's qualifier which started off with a best of one double elimination bracket to determine the tenth participant for the event.

In the grand final Earthquake waited NeXtPlease who came from the lower bracket where they managed to defeat nbk with 16-10 score. NeXtPlease needed to win two maps to qualify for Romanian event. Although in Earthquake are the most talented players from Romania they faild to win one map to qualify.

The grand final started on de_train where NeXtPlease started as terrorist and managed to win 8 rounds. On second map de_dust2, NeXtPlease dominated Earthquake again, winning with 16-14 score.

DreamHack Bucharest will take place on October 20-21 at the Turbohalle Center in the Romanian capital city. Besides the prize money of 10,000€ one team has the chance to grab a wild card for DreamHack Winter in Sweden.
