It's a sad day for Copenhagen Wolves because their player Rene 'cajun' Borg decided to leave the organization and will continue his career elsewhere.A couple of months ago we announced Nicolai "device" Reedtz replacement in Copenhagen Wolves which is Steffen "3k2" Markussen. Today one of the Wolves players, Rene 'cajun' Borg, has decided to leave the team, leaving Wolves with only four players.
After the Reedtz's replacement they started very well, toppled the best Denmark and defeated Tt.Dragons where previously was crowned champions.
However that didn't last long, since their last event, they where anonymous in online leagues, missed ESM because of the late formation and also disappeared from GameShadow Battles. The wolves prepared to win Assembly 2012 but they didn't make the trip to Finland but their player Nicolaj "Nico" Jensen had the chance to win the tournament with MoD-eSport mix team.

""When we announced the arrival of our current Counter-Strike: Source division, we were filled with excitement about the future. The team was labeled a ”Danish super team” and quickly showed why when they claimed the first available gold medal at The Blast.
With the summer vacation coming to an end, the recent change in our lineup and the looming release of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive we now find ourselves in quite a different scenario compared to just a few months ago and today we sadly have to announce yet another roster change. From this day on Rene ‘cajun’ Borg will no longer be a part of our lineup and will continue his career elsewhere. We are of course very sad to loose a player with such an amazing skill level as Rene, but with all the changes currently happening in the Counter-Strike world it is also an opportunity to step back and figure out which direction to take our team in the future.
With the currently explosive development of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive there is no doubt that we will be looking hard into the scene, but first we need to figure out exactly how we want to do it and in coordination with our current players make a decision. So stay tuned to our homepage and Facebook and you will be among the first to know!""
