A bit of a surprising news came today from the Fnatic LoL team as they released their "temporary" support player Pheilox and are expected to announce their new addition very soon.Back in June, when
Peter 'Mellisan' Meisrimel first wasn't able to attend offline events because of university obligations and soon after that announced his decision to retire from competitive League of Legends,
fnatic needed a new support player. This is where
Patrick 'Pheilox' Walpuski stepped in as a temporary replacement. His stay, however was extended greatly, as he traveled and competed with the rest of the team around the globe but today the team has decided that they no longer need his efforts.
Pheilox's statement:

Team Manager Harry Wiggett added:
fnatic Current Lineup
Lauri 'Cyanide' Happonen - Jungler
Enrique Javier 'xPeke' Cedeño Martinez - AP Carry
Paul 'sOAZ' Boyer - Solo Top
Manuel 'Lamia' Mildenberger - AD Carry
Lately the team has been playing a lot with
Christoph 'nRated' Seitz, but an official statement is yet to be seen!

Pheilox's statement:
"I had a really nice time in Fnatic and I'm really happy about the people I've met all over the world. But i've also missed my life at home and I have my own wedding at the end of August that I dont want to delay for playing computer games.
I will start playing in an other competive team for sure. Special thanks to my friends and my girlfriend that supported me also it was sometimes hard for them. And special thanks to the players Peke, Cyanide, sOAZ and LaMia."

Team Manager Harry Wiggett added:
"Patrick's time in the team has unfortunately come to an end. This is the best decision for the team and we are happy to have found our full replacement for Mellisan. Patrick joined the team as a substitute for MLG and DreamHack. I wish Patrick the best of luck in his future and have a fantastic wedding. Stay tuned for more updates on the team."
