The opening stage of the playoffs of the Inuria Summer Championship was completed, and the eight teams that will be fighting in the quarter-finals are now known. The most surprising results from this stage of the event come from the victory of x6tence over Coldgame in two straight maps. This round also showed very close matches, in which were played three maps to define the team advancing to quarter finals.

The most disputed match of this round was played between nEophyte and TMVG . The finns easily won the first map, de_nuke, with a score of 16:4 and then the Czech squad managed to tie the battle, winning on de_inferno with the score in 16:11 in their favor. The match was defined in de_dust 2, where the teams finished tied in 15 rounds after the side changes, but nEophyte managed to win in the overtime with a score of 19-17 getting the access to the quarter finals round.



Inuria Summer Championship already have a first team on the semifinals, Free Agents who knocked out the Slovak representative BEASTS in three maps, and is waiting for the winner of the match between x6tence and Anexis .



The accion of the quarter finals stage of the ICS will continue this upcoming week with the match between Wikipediots and nEophyte that will take place on Tuesday 7th.
