ImageYou're going to visit the GC 2012, but you don't know which games you should play ? In our new game series we will show you the big publisher and their games. Today we will bring you the game line up from Capcom a little bit closer.

For the fourth time, from August 15 - 19, the international games community will descend on Cologne to savour the fascinating world of computer and video games. Gamescom, the world's biggest trade show and event highlight in interactive entertainment, will this year be on a larger area with additional themes and even more service and games.

Today we have got another asian games publisher and developer:

Konami is a leading, global developer, publisher and manufacturer of electronic entertainment properties, specializing in the home video game market. In October of 2003, Konami Corporation moved to strengthen its content planning and production by expanding its operations to Los Angeles, California under the new name of Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc.

Konami also develops toys, trading cards, anime, tokusatsu, slot machines and arcade cabinets. Konami is famous for popular video game series such as Castlevania, Contra, Dance Dance Revolution, Gradius, Frogger, Metal Gear, Pro Evolution Soccer, Silent Hill and Yu-Gi-Oh!. Konami is the fifth-largest gaming company in the world by revenue.

Konami offical announced that you can see Metal Gear Solid Snake Revengeance, Castlevania Mirror of Fate and Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 at Gamescom 2012.

Metal Gear Solid Revengeance

At the moment Platinum Games is developing the new Metal Gear Solid and you can get an exclusive view on the game at the Gamescom 2012. Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance is an upcoming action video game, which is part of the well known Metal Gear Solid series. The game will be released for the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360 consoles during early 2013.

The game is set to take place nine years after Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots and is a spinoff that is "not part of the main Metal Gear Solid series". You're playing Raiden who is contracted by PMCs for multiple tasks such training of armies and VIP Protection in an unknown country that is recovering from a previous civil war. Developers stated that while Raiden "has grown up" in comparison to previous Metal Gear games, he is still conflicted with his life as a child soldier in a past civil war, leading him to be a "dark hero"

Mainly raiden is using his blade, because unlike previous titles in the Metal Gear series, Revengeance is strictly an action game, focusing on swordfighting and a sophisticated cutting system. The game's cutting system allows players to engage in third person melee combat and virtually any object in the game can be cut, including vehicles and enemies, though elements of the environment were intentionally limited to structures such as pillars and walls to better facilitate gameplay. You have got also access to things like a stealth mode titled "Ninja Dash" which drastically increases Raiden's speed and allows him to climb certain areas.

All in all Metal Gear Solid Revengeance has got some great new ideas and the gameplay differs Metal Gear Solid Revengeance from other action games. Hopefully we can play this great game at Gamecom 2012 !

Pro Evolution Soccer 2013

Especially SK's own PES Pro's Christian 'Cristiano811' Sprengel and Sven 'S-Butcher' Wehmeier are looking forward for the new Pro Evolution Soccer. Within the last years EA made it better and sold more games of their football franchise "FIFA". Also this year ?

One big problem are the licences, because compared to FIFA, PES has only a few original Players, Teams and Stadiums. Probably a big contra for many football fans. PES 2013's headline addition is PES Full Control, an umbrella term for a range of tweaks and new features that place a greater emphasis on a player's dexterity with finger and thumb, translating it into an athletic showcase of footwork and agility.

There are more new features, which will make the gameplay even better compared to PES 2012, if you want to play and test PES 2013 now, check out the Xbox Marketplace or the PS3 store and download the demo which is just available.

If your console is broken at the moment or you have problems with your internet, don't be disappointed, you can play the whole game at the Gamescom in Cologne this year.
