Day 2:
Azubu Blaze vs
Najin Shield
With 2 wins already, World Elite has very high chances to advance. The question is: Najin Shield or AZUBU Blaze? As both teams are known as the finest of Korea, this game is already a highlight of this OGN season. Furthermore it is an all or nothing game for Shield. The game starts tricky, as Blaze sends their AD carry + support to fight Nidalee on the top lane.
Shield pressured Blaze early on with a successful gank from Nocturne and Twisted Fate. They didn't miss out on anything and went straight for a dragon. Because it was not warded, they were able to get it uncontested.
The first fight erupted 6 minutes later, because of another dragon attempt. Even though Blaze reacted to Shield's move, they were to late to get it. However, Blaze at least were able to win the fight with a 3-2.
As the laning phase ended, both teams were pushing the lanes back and forward, damaging towers and eventually destroying some. Blaze was not able to use Shen's splitpush-strength, because Nidalee constantly nailed him down at his own tier 2 top tower. The end of this ping-pong-like pushing was caused by an initiate from Shield (after Nidalee came back mid) that first looked great for them, however the fight turned out as a 3-2 for Azubu, thanks to the Shen ultimate.
The split pushing switched to bot and Shield's Twisted Fate tried to gank Shen, which seemed like a rather bad move, as the whole AZUBU team was nearby and took down TF in a tower dive. What looked extremely bad for Shield, turned out as a very good move: While Azubu killed TF, 3 members of Shield were able to take down Baron. Both teams were pushing for inhibitors and it looked like a base-race, however Azubu ported back after killing two towers and Shield reacted with backing up, after they got an inhibitor tower for free.
Once more TF and Nidalee ganked Shen on bot lane, however, he easily got away. Because two Shield members were on bot lane, Blaze went for Baron. And here came the needed big play from Shield's Shyvana: she stole the Baron. In addition to that, Shield got the mid inhibitor. After that Azubu pushed through mid and got Shield's inhibitor. Shield decided to go for a sneaky move and to wait in a brush, nearby the minion wave. They instantly killed Shyvana, however 4 people of Shield died immediately after, because they used everything on the dragon lady. Blaze made the impossible: After they constantly have been down and at a disadvantage throughout the whole game, they turned it and won, due to the last 4-1 fight.
Funfact: In the interview after the game Azubu Blaze stated, that they knew that Shield was waiting in that bush thanks to the Frozen Heart aura.

Najin Shield vs
GJR
GJR once again was the underdog in this match up, and it showed. They did not stand a single chance against Najin Shield.
Najin Shield's domination started early on: Shen got firstblood by waiting at red buff. Vladimir dove Irelia on top while Cass killed Ryze, so it was 3-0 after 3 minutes. As this went on for some time Shield hat a 5k gold advantage at the point of 9 minutes. They were so far ahead, that Irelia even managed to win a 1v2 versus Jarvan and Vladimir at some point. This is basically how the game went on, ending with a 19-4 score.

AZUBU Blaze vs
World Elite
This surely is the match of the evening. World Elite, China's number one team, versus AZUBU Blaze, Korea's number one team.
The game started promising, as World Elite 5-man invaded the red buff. They successfully catched the enemy jungler and Irelia, making it a quick 2-0. After those early kills WE sent Urgot and Leona at the top lane.
This game's first fight took place at the dragon pit. World Elite got the dragon, while Blaze got 3 kills. As nothing happened, we'll skip to the next dragon pit dance. Even though Blaze managed to kill Karthus instantly with a nice engage, they had a rough time during this fight. However, Graves shined by dodging several ultimates and showing impressive team fight skills. During this fight no one was able to get dragon, therefore everybody gathered and instantly went back for it. This fight did put Blaze in the driving seat, as they killed the dragon and 4 enemies, while only losing one.
Some minutes later Blaze went for Baron, which was pretty much uncontested, thanks to Ahri distracting Mundo and Malphite. Right after they got Baron, they engaged a jungle fight that resulted in a 3-2 in favor of Blaze. With the Baron on Blaze, WE was forced to play as careful as they could, giving away a free dragon and tier 2 tower at the bot lane.
After a rather balanced fight Urgot got caught nearby Baron and this error ended with 3 kills, an inhibitor and a forced Baron fight. This Baron fight was even more devastating, as Blaze shred through WE's whole team. However, WE did not give up and the respawned Urgot poked Blaze while they were trying to get Baron. Additionally Malphite's teleport was a light in the dark: Blaze had to back down, because they were low hp. This meant a free Baron for WE.
Sadly, even with the Baron buff, World Elite lacked damage. That's the reason why they had to defend and were not able to use it effectively. As Baron ran out, Azubu engaged at World Elite's inhibitor and aced them with ease. With no one from WE alive, Azubu finished the game.
