ImageFnatic has won the Swedish Championship with a score of 2-1 in maps against SK Gaming in the winner bracket finals for a hefty $9,850 in cash prizes. Check out our exclusive recap of the final games below.

The Swedish Championship has come to an end. SE SK Gaming and SE fnatic made it to the finals and it was played on 3 maps de_nuke, de_dust2 and de_train.

First map was de_nuke where SK started on the terrorist side and took the first 4 rounds, just to find fnatic balancing the odds by also winning 4 rounds in a row and going for a 4-4 tie. SK played very consistently for the rest of the half and won 5 more rounds to win it with 9-6.

SK Gaming switched to CT side and took the first round but fnatic grew closer by scoring 3 rounds. Our SK player SE Robert 'RobbaN' Dahlström switched to a higher gear and gave fnatic chance to take only 1 more round. SK Gaming secured their win at 16-10.

Second match was played on de_dust2, both teams offered some great following rounds that were exchanged back and forth and went for a 6-6 tie. In this half fnatic kicked into higher gear and push the score 9-6 in their favor.

In second half SK Gaming was leading with early 3-0 and fnatic tied the score again and kept a stable performance during the whole half. SK tried to come back, but couldn't keep up and lost the map with the score of 16-14.

The teams played de_train as the final third map and SK Gaming once again took the first 3 rounds. fnatic stood up and pushed the score to 9-6 in fnatic's favor.

fnatic got the better of SK Gaming in second half taking the first 3 rounds. However, SK followed close behind, claiming three rounds as well. Unfortunately they didn't seem to have the energy or creativity to beat fnatic and lost the map with 16-9.

A great game. Make sure to watch the demos.
