ImageFnatic recently returned from their Korean adventure in Azubu's The Champions Spring Tournamnet. Back in Europe they want to keep competing at the highest level. They've added Pheilox to their line-up to stay in the game.

EU Team Fnatic traveled to Korea to compete in Azubu's OGN The Champions and did fairly well, reaching the quarter finals. They played and trained a lot in Korea, but are now back on European soil.

Fnatic wants to keep performing well in on- and offline tournaments, but has been missing DE Peter "Mellisan" Meisrimel. Mellisan has to cut back on his gaming time to finish his studies.

Here are his thoughts on the recent change:

"Sadly I won't be able to attend MLG & Dreamhack this summer due to studies, but we found an excellent substitute within Pheilox for both events.

In preparation to MLG & Dreamhack he is already playing with the team, whenever possible, to get the maximum of practice for the events. So don't worry, I ll be around after Dreamhack again."

Rather than replacing Mellisan, Fnatic has added an extra player to the team to fill in for the support in upcoming tournaments, until Mellisans schedule clears up. They've chosen Patrick "Pheilox" Wapulski to strenghten their squad.

Pheilox is no stranger to the scene and excited to play with Fnatic:

"I was the Support player and team captain of team logiX and played there for over one year. When Mellisan told me I could play for FnaticRaidCall I first couldn’t believe it. I see this as a very big step in my gaming career and want to show the community that I can play on this level.

We have already played the first DH Qualifier, which I really enjoyed. I feel confident and I’m really proud to play for FnaticRaidCall at MLG and DreamHack and I will give my all."

We wish Pheilox the best of luck with Team Fnatic!
