In just two days we witnessed an announcement of a completely new team and a lot of roster changes - Loda joining Zenith, half of DTS joining Darer, Lacoste's statement about joining CLG.

ROOT Gaming adds a Dota 2 squad

ROOT Gaming is an organization mostly known for its StarCraft II players. By acquiring a Dota 2 team, they are looking to expand and compete on several fronts. The new team includes popular streamer

William 'Blitz' Lee who will be the captain as well.

Here's the official statement by Blitz:

"I'm incredibly excited to be joining ROOT. Most of our members aren't as well known as we'd like them to be, but we hope to change that. We are a relatively new team, but we’re willing to put in the time and dedication to becoming a top NA team. We decided, as a group, to join ROOT because we were aware of the weight it carried, and we were extremely pleased with the opportunity we were given. We plan on playing together frequently and bootcamping as much as possible within the coming months. Know that we will do everything we can to uphold the ROOT name and expect to see some good games. Thanks to Catz, Drewbie, the rest of the ROOT guys, and a special shoutout to my stream, and ECAL. Root hwaiting~"

Darer with a second roster change in just two weeks

Things with

Darer Entertainment have become a real mess lately. Recently the team led by

Ivan 'ArtStyle' Antonov announced its brand new line-up consisting of himself,

Sergey 'God' Bragin,

Nicolae Alexandru 'ComeWithMe' Craciunescu,

Florin Razvan 'Freezer' Stoica,

Dominik 'Lacoste' Stipic and

Damir 'Mitch' Skaricic. Today it has become clear in an announcement given by

DTS CEO Maxim "XPEH" Dyakonyuka, that 3 of the DTS players will be joining

Darer Entertainment :

"I can say that this information is definitely accurate. From my perspective we had a good standing and very stable games. The entire roster of DTS were sent contracts that should've been signed by the end of the week to ensure they'd stay with us, but obviously that didn't happen. I'm 100% certain that this move was made by the Darer teams captain, so I'm sure my players will be moving over there. As unfortunate as this was at the very least in a few days we will be able to announce DTS new roster!"

Although there is still no confirmation from the Russian side, Darer's new roster will most likely be:

Ivan 'ArtStyle' Antonov (c)

Sergey 'God' Bragin

Arthur 'Goblak' Kostenko

Andrew 'Mag' Chipenko

Gleb 'Funn1k' Lipatnikov

This means that

Nicolae Alexandru 'ComeWithMe' Craciunescu,

Florin Razvan 'Freezer' Stoica, and

Damir 'Mitch' Skaricic will be left without a team and

DTS with only two players.

Loda joins Zenith

Only a few days after

Jonathan 'Loda' Berg left

Counter Logic Gaming , his future has become clear. The Swedish old-school player is moving to Singapore where he's going to live with his girlfriend - StarCraft II and DotA caster

Kelly Milkies. As a part of this move, Loda will be joining

Team Zenith to form the first Singaporean team with an EU player.

Zenith have been in top form lately, losing only one of their last fifteen games and winning joinDota Masters IV and the e-Club The Evolution.

Loda is the one who formed team xperience, which was later picked up by CLG. Will he have the chance to play against his former team in the International?

Lacoste's statement on joining Counter Logic Gaming

Dominik 'Lacoste' Stipic changed two teams in less than two weeks. On May 8th he became part of the new

Darer Entertainment team until May 17th when he was announced as one of the new players in

Counter Logic Gaming . These strange actions by the Croatian veteran player confused the community, so he gave a short statement:

"Hi friends,fans and haters! 1st of all this isnt just another troll post from me! On a serious note, I didnt want to give any statements about this, but it seems that i shouldve done it! I can c a lot of negative comments, so ill just try to b short and explain my situation.We do what we think its best for us. Some things in life dont work out as u planed them to b(this referes to Darer) Ive learned a lot from Sergey and Ivan in this short time ,and im really greatfull for that ! They are indeed great players and personalities... But concerning darer situation, in a few days or so, u will see that it had some bigger problems then u might realize... Sometimes its hard to make a decision in life, for me this was one of those! I hope i did the right thing, only time will tell... I have a great faith in this team, and i hope we will get invitation for TI2. CLG fighting!!!! Thats basicly it ;D Thanks to my supporters,
